.PRO - Becomes Unrestricted Effective November 16, 2015

Effective November 16, 2015, .PRO will become an unrestricted TLD, open to anyone. Since its launch in 2002, .PRO eligibility has been restricted to only certain specified professions and registrars have been required to implement special procedures in order to ensure .PRO names were registered to specific professionals. The new contract between Registry Services Corporation and ICANN eliminates these restrictions and procedures, enabling .PRO to compete on a level playing field with the many new TLDs that are marketed to professionals without the same restrictions.

.ME Registry has just announced the release of previously unavailable strings of 5+ digit domains. Now, you may register any available combination of digits from three (3) to sixty-three (63) characters.
