Amazon Registry will relaunch the .BOT TLD as an open generic TLD and remove all previous registration restrictions. General Availability (GA) starts on October 30, 2023 (16:00 UTC). First-come, first-served.
The use of
generative AI and AI-based bots has grown exponentially over the past 12
months and startups and organizations are expanding their online
presence. The .BOT TLD is becoming widely available just in time to
support this market.
The
registry is going to change the generation and handling of authcodes
for .JP domain transfers. The following changes will be available
in our live system as of November 12, 2023:
Authcodes will be generated by the registry and cannot be determined from the client side.
Authcodes will have an expiration date and will be regenerated every 35 days.
After a successfully completed transfer, the tech handle of the .JP domain will be removed and replaced with the admin handle.

Identity Digital: Premium Price Changes
Optimally-priced
domains lead to more conversions and higher value for customers.
Identity Digital has identified optimal pricing recommendations for
almost 136K unallocated premium domains across their TLD portfolio
including .ACADEMY, .BIKE, .FAN, .PINK, .TOOLS, .PLUMBING. These domains
will be available at updated pricing on November 15, 2023 (17:00 UTC).
Domains
already registered and domains identified for price optimization but
registered by November 1, 2023 are not affected by the price change.
There will be no changes to the existing premium price tiers.
