Radix Updates to Premium List
February 3, 2021

Radix will be updating its premium lists for all TLDs on February 3rd, 2021 at 16:00 UTC. Domains will be added to the premium list or moved across premium tiers. The affected TLDs are .ONLINE, .SITE, .SPACE, .STORE, .TECH, .WEBSITE, .FUN, .UNO, .HOST, and .PRESS.
In addition, Radix will also be adding two additional tiers to their existing premium name tiers. These premium list changes and tier additions will not affect any existing premium registrations. Updated Registrant Security Requirements

fTLD periodically reviews the Registrant Security Requirements to ensure they are in-line with best practices for the financial services sector and continue to protect against evolving security threats. This year, there are two changes that impact the registrants:
- Registrants who have implemented DNSSEC for their .BANK/.INSURANCE domain(s) should ensure they use strong cryptographic algorithms.
- fTLD is clarifying that while publishing a DomainKeys Identified Mail
(DKIM) record is not required, publishing both SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM creates additional security for email channels. For Registrants who have published DMARC and only DKIM, but not SPF, they will need to add an SPF policy for their .BANK/.INSURANCE domain(s).
fTLD will automatically notify Registrants impacted by these changes. Registrants must make any necessary modifications to comply with the requirements no later than February 12, 2021.
Lastly, beginning February 15, 2021, the registry provider will turn on automated, direct notifications to Registrants via a monthly email with a .CSV attachment with findings from the compliance security monitoring for their .BANK/.INSURANCE domain(s) and a warning report (if applicable); they will only provide a notification if there are any compliance and/or warning items.

Contact extensions for .JOBS will no longer be supported as of March 15th, 2021.
X-JOBS-COMPANYURL and X-JOBS-INDUSTRYTYPE extensions will be removed from our system at this time. Please make any necessary changes to your system.
Since December 11th, 2020, the parameters for .JOBS domain registrations are no longer mandatory and are now optional.

Price Increase for .FANS Premium Domains

The renewal and transfer fees for .FANS premium domains will be changed from the standard price to the initial registration fee at which the Premium Domain Name was registered. The premium name list and registration fee of premium domains will also be adjusted. These updates will go into effect at March 18, 2021, at 16:00 UTC.
Please note that any registered premium domains before March 18, 2021 at 16:00 UTC will be moved into a new tier and the renewal/transfer fee of these domains will remain at the standard price. A full list of all premium domain names and their respective tiers will be coming out in February 2021.
